Grupo Santo defined the internationalization of its operations and the introduction of new business areas into its portfolio as a strategic objective.
Accordingly, it made a strong commitment to the South American market – Brazil, in the Residential Construction sector.
To support this international investment, the company Infante Santo Participações was established, incorporating Infante Santo Empreendimentos, which focuses on the construction and commercialization of real estate.
Infante Santo was responsible for the Jardins do Paço development in Fortaleza (Brazil), which proved to be a true commercial success.
Currently, a residential project is under development, also in the Fortaleza region: Urbano 1060, an innovative development of high quality, tailored to the actual needs of this city.
