The Santo Group, based in Portugal, began its activity in the 1970s with the Construction and Real Estate Development business.

Santo SGPS (Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais), the entity that heads the Santo Group, was incorporated in 2007. 

As a holding company, it plays an active role in the strategic command of its business units, recognising and analysing existing synergies and the growth potential of each one. 

The experience of nearly five decades associated with a highly specialised team of collaborators allows this Portuguese business group to present reference real estate projects with innovative features that ensure energy and environmental sustainability.
